The progress of civilization has evolved through stages that can be identified once they give birth to a further ascension of being, material or otherwise. The utopia minded would have it that before we became creatures of acquirement, we were pure beings in harmony with our environment. Others have argued that the struggle of ownership will create geo-political shifts that counteract the imbalance of power. We see an evolution towards a breakthrough concerning technology, capitalism and individual awareness that is illustrated in the diagram above. The more things fall apart, the more liberated we become. The sense of ownership itself has evolved and will create off-grid beings that are in harmony with both their environment and themselves.
