Has it been that long since I posted?

In the past months, I changed job, made new friends, visited two different cities I have never been, had a birthday, and signed a two-year lease. And that’s just the big picture.

Sephora gave me a birthday gift, and it was a pack of NARS lipsticks.  One of them was in bright matte red.  I tried it out at home last night.  I look very different.  I look older.  I look like I “mean business” in my friend’s words.  Maybe because of the hair-do, my face look longer.  Or is it because I am having a “long face” these days, because I’ve been heavy-hearted, a lot has been on my mind, the stress of new job, and finally leaving the year of being 33 behind (and everything that happened in those 12 months).

What’s in store for me in the next 12 months? Step one. Breathe.
