I do art and design, but mostly architecture.

New Projects

Date : August 19, 2014

There are some of my new projects:

1) I started listening to an audio book of the Bible NKJV.  It is a 98 hours and 4 minutes count down.  I know bits and pieces of the bible from living in America, but I never knew the whole story, and people make a lot of reference to it, from politicians to comedians, and of course in the arts–western arts. So I decided I am going to “read/listen to” it for once and for all. [update: 1 hour in, I am already not very thrill with it–how can any one believe any of it!?! It is like the worst kind of story telling!! I am sorry, God, I do believe in greater order and spirits, but but but…what can I say without offending Mr. God]

2) My boss gave me a very good idea when I told him, “One of my movers has been texting me.” And he said, “That sounds like the perfect first line for a mystery novel.”  I want to write a novelette of my 2014 summer.

3) Perfect my coffee making skills.  Doing it absolutely right for once, and for the rest of my life.  Photo journal of making a latte with a Bialetti (maybe Novelette chapter 2?).  Note to self: make mount, apply pressure, poke hole, low heat, off before completely ‘done’ for crema, get milk frother.  Will also demonstrate how to descale the coffee maker.

4) Read read read. Enough said.  All 40+ linear feet of books on my wall.

5) Pending art projects: embroidery, casting, pottery class(?), foam forms…

6) Ugh, and at last, study for ARE. Maybe have to push it till next year, I am too broke to take the exams now.
